Mark Sutton was absolutely amazing and made the whole process of buying our house easy, he is very knowledgeable about the area's he sells in and was able to answer any questions about the property. No mucking around with the sale and even made sure we were happy with our house after the sale. Good honest down to earth bloke.

Amazing Agent
I only dealt with Mark with this property and he was wonderful to say the least! As this was our first home we had no idea and we asked Mark more than a million questions. Mark always made time to take my call and never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question. Mark was caring and understanding and very much on the ball! No job was too big or too small.

Outstanding Results in Record Time
Gayle and Mark were amazing right from our first interview when we were short listing real estate agents. Their demeanour, honesty, personality and just down to earth "tell it as it is" style was very well received. Whilst market volatility was important, Gayle and Mark covered off on this and then left us to consider what they had said. They were not negative and we did not hear over and over (as we had with other agents) how bad the return and risk was at present. They told us the facts and that was that. No pressure, no massive price reductions, just "we'll get to work for you finding you the right buyer for your place". We listened when they provided recommendations as to how to present the property and followed their recommendations down to the finer detail. The photos they arranged for the website and the spiel around our property were fantastic and gave us a great feeling that we had done all we could and our place would make another family so very happy as it had for us for so long. A contract was signed in under a week and we got the price we wanted. Mark and Gayle kept us up to date along the full process after signing the contract in terms of where the buyer was at for their own due diligence and inspections etc, and were great being the conduit between us and the buyers. We were kept informed up to and after settlement. It truly appeared that nothing was too much trouble and they were always available if anything popped in mind. We even had a short 21 day settlement (mutually agreed upon) and that did not seem to phase them at all. In a one word nutshell, Mark and Gayle were PHENOMENAL!

Fantastic experience with Mark and Gayle
At a time when everyone in real estate espoused that it was the worst possible time to sell a townhouse...... my townhouse was put on the market. Gayle and Mark worked tirelessly for a positive outcome. And then eight weeks after my house went on the market it was sold for the exact amount I had decided I would accept. Great outcome and Mark made every effort to ensure that the process went smoothly and that I was kept informed throughout the sale process. I would highly recommend Mark and Gayle as the agents to use if you want a fantastic sale process.

Agent of My Dreams!
Gayle and Mark make selling our properties so easy, they are an integral part of our team. As valuable team members, I know they are acting in the best interest of all parties. They are never pushy, they discuss openly and frankly all aspects of the sale. Before settlement they report any little matters that need attention, to make sure we as vendors provide the best product we can and purchasers get what they expected. Mark even brought in the new bins for me once after council had dropped them off, saved me going out there and showed he sincerely cares and his concern isn't just closing the deal. Service does not get better then this!

Gayle and Mark came highly recommended by our daughter who used Gayle and Mark's expertise several months ago when selling her own property.
We rang Gayle and Mark on a Wednesday, listed on Thursday, photo's "expertly" taken on Friday morning and published on the internet that same day! Our first home inspection was held on the Saturday and we were negotiating the sale on Sunday (a sign went up on our property sometime during these 4 days but it all happened so quickly it's hard to remember). Throughout the process Gayle and Mark were in constant contact and talked us through each stage, providing their thoughts and previous experiences. Gayle negotiated with the buyers on our behalf and the final price was exactly where we hoped to be, Gayle even negotiated a flexible timeframe that allowed us to find a new property and still settle early, which again was exactly what we'd hoped for.
Gayle is a highly proficient property agent and is very friendly and approachable; Mark is the consummate gentleman and is also very friendly knowledgeable. As a team, Gayle and Mark are a formidable pairing and their friendly disposition makes them a dream to work with.
We couldn't recommend Gayle and Mark more highly, they have been utterly brilliant and we feel extremely fortunate to have had them on our side.
If your reading this review, in my opinion you can't do better than Gayle and Mark
